Thursday, March 2: Yasou! A Family-Style Greek Wine Dinner

There's nothing like a Chicago winter to make you crave the warmth (and wine) of Greece. But why jet-set to Santorini and Mykonos when you can experience family-style Greek cuisine against the backdrop of a classic butcher shop?

Join us at Publican Quality Meats Thursday, March 2 as Chef de Cuisine Joe Frietze and Partner/Sommelier Eduard Seitan explore Mediterranean food and drink alongside two guest winemakers, Paris Sigalas and Angelo Iatrides, whose wines will be among our pairings for the evening.
