In addition to our private events, we're proud to host collaborative, special events that are open to the public.

Here's a look at what's coming up this Fall:

Friday, November 17th - Monday, November 20th: Cassoulet Dinner Series

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

This November Chef David Campigotto of Chez David in Castelnaudary, France will be flying to Chicago, with cassoulet ingredients in tow, to join Chef Paul Kahan in the kitchen for a four night dinner series at Publican Quality Meats, complete with a heavy-metal soundtrack.

Dinner begins each night at 7:00 p.m.
