Whole Hog Dinner ft. Dovetail Brewery - Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 7:30 PM

Nothing screams "Publican Quality Meats!" quite like the one-two punch of suckling pigs and delightful beer. Join us Thursday, March 29th at 7:30 p.m. for our Whole Animal Dinner series with our friends from Dovetail Brewing Company! Chef de Cuisine Joseph Frietze and Catering & Events Chef Chris Miller have collaborated with the Dovetail team to prepare a four-course, whole-hog meal (served family-style) alongside delicious beer pairings. $100.30 tickets include all food and drink for the evening, as well as 11.5% tax, 20% gratuity & 2% service charge.

Cookies for a Cause: International Women's Day Case Takeover (March 8)

To celebrate mothers, sisters, daughters, mentors and friends on International Women’s Day (March 8), Pastry Chef Dana Cree is teaming up with women from renowned restaurants and bakeries across Chicago for an all-day takeover of the PQM bakery case ($2-3/cookie), as well as the dessert-menu cookie jars during dinner service at both The Publican and Publican Anker ($15/jar).  We're donating 100% of the sales from these cookies to Chicago non-profit   Deborah's Place  , which provides resources and housing to women experiencing homelessness.
