Turkeys and Thanksgiving are one of America’s original dining duos, and this year, we’ve sourced top-notch birds to fit a wide range of group sizes.

All turkeys are sold fresh, ready for you to cook at home.  You can find average weights per turkey in the order form, but please note that our birds may vary by up to 3 lbs. This is a result of the same small, ethical farming practices that make these turkeys so delicious! To make sure your group is well fed, we’ll be in touch to confirm all the details of your order after you’ve placed it.

Our Nicholas White turkeys from Slagel Family Farm in Fairbury, IL are the ideal version of a traditional Thanksgiving turkey with a classic flavor profile. They’re all-natural birds, raised by Louis John Slagel and his family, with plenty of access to open air and the outdoors.

Our Aztec Black turkeys, also from Slagel, are available in limited quantities. This very old breed is characterized by more dark meat and a slightly gamey flavor profile. They haven't been selectively bred for large breasts, and are as close as you can get to the turkeys of the pilgrims. They are all-natural, organic and pasture raised.

Wednesday, Nov. 21 - 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
