This six course pairing will feature regional wines, curated by One Off Partner, Eduard Seitan, with a seasonal menu crafted by Publican Quality Meats Chef de Cuisine, Rob Levitt.
With featured vineyards from Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana and right here in Illinois, guests will get a taste of what midwestern wine has to offer through an intimate dinner setting.
