Join us for an evening toasting to the rarely celebrated but highly enjoyable and highly drinkable, wines of the Midwest. This six course pairing will feature regional wines, curated by One Off Partner, Eduard Seitan, with a seasonal menu crafted by Publican Quality Meats Chef de Cuisine, Rob Levitt.

With featured vineyards from Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana and right here in Illinois, guests will get a taste of what midwestern wine has to offer through an intimate dinner setting.
