Private cooking classes are available for you and 8 to 12 of your closest friends!
Private classes are taught by the chefs at Publican Quality Meats with a custom topics based on your groups' interests. Previous classes have covered the intricacy of salami making, as well as butchery and the uses for each cut of pork.
Classes begin as early as 7:00pm, and take place at the Chef's Table in the heart of Publican Quality Meats. The space will be available exclusively for you and your guests for the duration of the evening, making for an intimate experience packed with learning and delicious food!
The space can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, and packages are flexible. Pricing starts at $150 per person, varying by subject matter and group size.
